    Subscription

    You can find all information regarding our different offers and subscription plans on the pricing page of our website.

    Invoices

    Subscription invoices can be accessed and downloaded via the Invoice section of your Settings.

    Yearly & monthly plans

    We offer two billing cycles: monthly or yearly.

    Both plans include the same features, but you'll benefit from a pre-paid discount if you choose to go for the yearly plan.

    Legacy plans

    Some plans may become deprecated due to software upgrades and pricing updates.

    Our fair pricing policy allows you to keep using eddy.app under your current plan. Just keep in mind that some new features won't be available under legacy plans.

    Upgrades & downgrades

    Don't worry about being overcharged if you decide to change your current plan by upgrading or downgrading.

    We ensure that you are only charged for the time you have used up until that point within your billing cycle. The remaining time will be automatically substracted from your next invoice, guaranteeing a fair and transparent billing process.

    If you switch from yearly to monthly payments before your billing cycle ends, any unused time will be credited to your new plan.

    Cancel subscription

    If you choose to cancel your subscription, it will be terminated after the current billing cycle. You may keep using the app until the end of that period, but remember to export any relevant data (statements, invoices, etc.) before then, as your account will be permanently deleted.
