The Integrations page in your Company Settings lets you connect eddy.app to external services that automate key parts of your workflow, from sales imports to catalog management and payouts.
To access it, go to Settings > Company Settings > Integrations.
Sales FTP Fetcher for Merlin
What it does: Automates sales reporting for Merlin member labels. Once connected, you can use the Sales FTP Fetcher (under Sales > Sales FTP Fetcher) to automatically reconcile your sales reports with invoices each period. The system handles matching, identifies discrepancies, and lets you trigger imports directly, so you can go from remittance advice to fully reconciled sales in just a few clicks.
Plan requirement: Record Company plan.

IDOL
What it does: Automatically fetches and imports sales data from your IDOL account(s) into eddy.app, removing the need to manually download and upload sales reports. Once enabled, sales are pulled from IDOL and imported directly into your Sales section, following the same processing pipeline as manual imports.

Wise
What it does: Enables bulk royalty payouts directly from eddy.app using your Wise Business account. The integration works with eddy.app's Self-Billing feature: after generating invoices for your payees, you create payment groups and initiate bulk payments through Wise without leaving the app. Transfer statuses (processing, completed, bounced, refunded) update automatically on your invoices and statements.
Plan requirement: Available on Indie plans and above. Requires a Wise Business account.
Setup: Click Settings next to Wise to configure your API connection. For full setup instructions, refer to the Self-Billing Setup article.
DDEX
What it does: Automates your catalog imports by connecting to supported distributors via the DDEX standard. Using your unique Party ID, eddy.app ingests release metadata directly into your catalog when a supported distributor delivers it through DDEX, keeping your repertoire up to date without manual imports.
Plan requirement: Indie or Record Company plan. Available with selected distributors only.
Note: DDEX is currently in early adoption. To request access or learn more about supported distributors, contact us at support@eddy.app.
Security note: Never share your credentials (API keys, passwords, logins, ….). If you suspect unauthorized access, delete the compromised keys and change passwords immediately, generate new ones, and update the integration in eddy.app.
