IDOL - Automated Sales Import
By integrating eddy.app with IDOL, your sales reports will be automatically imported each month, streamlining the process and ensuring that your sales data is consistently up-to-date. Should your operations involve currencies other than EUR, imported data will initially be marked as pending. This allows you to specify the conversion rate before finalizing the import process.
Set-up Tip
To complete the integration, you'll need your IDOL account ID. You can obtain this by contacting your IDOL account manager or through the IDOL portal. When reaching out to IDOL, provide your eddy.app account ID, which you can find in the 'Company Details' section under your account settings.
Integration Setup within eddy
Follow these steps to enable the IDOL integration:
Go to your account settings and navigate to the Integrations tab.
Click on Enable to proceed.
Enter your IDOL account ID and click on Save.

Within IDOL, specify your eddy.app "company ID", which you do in the sidebar under Accounting then Royalties.
Create an automation and select eddy.app, where you’ll need to specify your eddy.app company ID.
Once set up, statements will be automatically sent to eddy.app during the next IDOL distribution cycle.
